The house is located in the suburbs of Budapest. Originally built in 2010, the residential villa was extended with a structure that integrates a semi-enclosed carport area, covered walkway, entrance zone, and fence design into a single cohesive element, extending the original logic of the house. The connection to the existing house features glass elements to highlight the relationship between the old and new. Structural components primarily use welded black steel profiles, while brick walls enclose the carport and entrance area. The facades of heated areas are finished with an ETICS system and ceramic tiles. The roof is made from galvanized metal roofing plates.
